1. About This Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Golden Dragon’s online ordering application and describe the rights and obligations between you (“the Client”) and Golden Dragon (“we,” “us,” “our”).
2. Accuracy of Information
We make every reasonable effort to keep menu items, prices, and availability accurate and up to date. However, errors can occur. Please verify order details before confirming your purchase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Dragon makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability or accuracy of the online ordering application at any given time.
3. Limitation of Liability
Use of the online ordering application is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Dragon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the online ordering application — including losses caused by technical failures, transmission errors, or unauthorized third-party interference with the application’s content.
In any event, Golden Dragon’s total liability to a Client shall not exceed the total price paid for the relevant order or service.
4. Third-Party Links
Our online ordering application may contain links to third-party sites. Golden Dragon is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site, and accessing such links is at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the online ordering application — including text, images, button design, page layout, and trademarks — is the property of Golden Dragon or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
6. Your Account & Order Information
When ordering online, you may be asked to provide contact details and/or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account and payment details confidential. Golden Dragon may suspend access to the online ordering application if these Terms are breached.
Placing an order is a binding offer to purchase the selected products or services at the listed price. Any changes to an order must be agreed in writing to be binding. Acceptance of your order occurs when you receive an on-screen confirmation, email, or SMS from us.
Golden Dragon reserves the right to decline or cancel any order, and to suspend or terminate access to the online ordering application, at its discretion.
7. Age Requirement
Golden Dragon’s online ordering application is intended for use by persons 18 years of age or older, or under the supervision of an adult or guardian.
8. Product Images & Descriptions
Product photos are for illustration only — actual dishes may vary slightly in presentation. We aim for accurate descriptions but are not liable for minor variations between the photo and the product received.
9. Delivery Orders
Delivery orders are subject to:
- Your address falling within our active delivery area
- Golden Dragon being open and accepting orders at the time of your request
- Any applicable minimum order amount
Please ensure payment cards used at checkout are valid on the date of your order. Golden Dragon does not offer refunds on online payments outside of our published Refund Policy — contact us directly to raise a payment dispute or refund request.
Prices and minimum order amounts may vary by location and may differ from in-store or phone-order pricing.
10. Live Catering Bookings
Live catering bookings are arranged directly with our team via WhatsApp or phone, and are confirmed individually based on event date, headcount, menu selection, and venue requirements. Quotes provided for live catering are specific to the details given at the time and may be revised if event details change.
11. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once placed, online delivery orders generally cannot be modified through the website. If you need to cancel, modify, or raise a concern about your order, please contact us directly — see our Cancellation Policy for delivery orders, or contact us directly for catering bookings.
12. Delivery Timing
We aim to deliver as close as possible to the estimated time, but delivery times can be affected by traffic, weather, or order volume and are not guaranteed. Delivery service may be temporarily paused in some areas due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time and address. If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive it, the order will not be refunded.
13. General
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to another party. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Pakistani law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
Golden Dragon trademarks and related proprietary content are protected under applicable law and may not be reproduced without written permission.
